SHIPPING: Shipping is most commonly done through USPS. Other arrangements may be made upon request. Rush orders or Air Express may result in higher rates. Typically orders will be shipped out within 10 days of receiving an order. Exceptions will be discussed in advance of this 10 day period.

REFUNDS: Book Jewelry will make every effort to fill the orders as agreed upon through the ordering process. Should there be questions, we invite your contacts so that we can address your concerns. We will work with you to overcome errors, misunderstandings, and other problems involved in the course of doing business. Should there be no resolution, you may opt to return the items with your receipt and we will refund your money, minus the cost of shipping and handling, and a 20% restocking fee. Book marks damaged in shipping must be reported to us within two (2) days. Returned damaged goods that were reported will be refunded or replaced depending upon your choice of correcting the problem. Any unauthorized returns are subject to no refund. We again are encouraging contact to resolve ordering problems.

ORDERS: Ordering can be done over the phone at (360) 829-5297, 8AM to 8PM Pacific Standard Time. There will be an answering service during these hours should no one be able to pick up your call. FAQ'S: 1.When ordering off the website we cannot promise that there is going to be a true color representation on everyones computer. So when placing an order where the color of the ribbon is critical, such as for weddings, or for sport teams, please call us to discuss. We can send to you a section of ribbon samples or if you wish you may send to us a color example of what are your needs. 2. Shipping addresses may be different than correspondence addresses. Please be clear when there are these kinds of distinctions. 3. Yes, we do have volume purchasing options. For example there are customers who wish to make a purchase for fund raising needs, such as sport teams, churches and schools or any event where raising funds are important. For such orders the best way to assure that you are getting what you want and that we both understand is to call. 4. Yes, we can put together assortment packages. Some people order for a group of people such as gift buyers for a business meeting, and they don’t know the people they are buying for. We can put together a theme selection to be passed out at such events. At Book Jewelry we have a large enough inventory to be able to make a substantial number of bookmarks and still have no two which are the same.

Your order will be sent the fastest and most economical method. We will contact you to discuss shipping costs. Please keep in mind that your package will take longer to arrive as it usually has to go through customs and needs clearance time. UPS and FedEx are now available to most international deistinations.
